అర్ధకాయం మహావీర్యం చంద్రాదిత్య విమర్దనమ్ ।సింహికాగర్భ సంభూతం తం రాహుం ప్రణమామ్యహమ్ ॥
Ardha-kāyaṁ mahāvīryaṁ chandrāditya vimardanam | Siṁhikā-garbha sambhūtaṁ taṁ rāhuṁ praṇamāmy aham ||
MEANING
I bow to Rahu, of half a body, of great valour, who troubles the Sun and the Moon, and who was born of Simhika.
సగం దేహం కలవాడు, మహా పరాక్రమవంతుడు, చంద్ర సూర్యులను పీడించేవాడు, సింహిక గర్భం నుండి పుట్టినవాడు అయిన రాహువుకు నమస్కారం.
